Perk Coffee Bend offers 30 days to return your goods from the date you receive them!
Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days have passed since you received your purchase we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

What we need you to do
- Fill in the returns form and ensure you return it with your unwanted goods. If you have lost your returns form, please contact perkavenue18@gmail.com to receive a replacement form.
- Send your unwanted items back to our warehouse via a tracked service.
- Ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags.
- Don't forget to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt.
What we'll do when we receive your return
- Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll begin to process it as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return.
- We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account or gift card. You will also get a refund confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account.
- If you have returned your full order to us for a refund, we will also refund basic shipping costs that you have paid for at checkout.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at perkavenue18@gmail.com.
Shipping
You should receive a tracking number upon purchase. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Customs & Duties:
Please be aware that all international orders, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or custom fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials in your country and cannot be estimated prior to shipping. Delays in customs are possible with every international order, which may affect delivery arrival times. We have, unfortunately, no control over customs fees or delays. The cost you pay for shipping when you checkout only covers the fees necessary to get your package delivered to your address. You, the buyer, are responsible for any additional fees charged by the customs officials in your country. We strongly encourage you to research the customs procedure in your country prior to placing your order to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
